本研究利用腦內註射6-hydroxydopamine製備動物模型, 通過飲用含氫生理鹽水的方法,觀察形態學和行為學改變,證明氫氣可以治療該疾病.這是氫氣分子醫學的又一進展,目前已經有9種疾病被證明有效.

Molecular hydrogen serves as an antioxidant that reduces hydroxyl radicals, but not the other reactive oxygen and nitrogen species.
